Custom Jewelry Return Policy

1. Made-to-Order Commitment
*All pieces are custom-crafted to your specifications. Because your jewelry is personally created for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect (see Section 3).*

2. Order Confirmation Process
To ensure absolute accuracy, you’ll approve final design details via email

3. Warranty & Resizing
Free Resizing Within 60 Days:

Eligible for solitaire rings & bands with resizable shanks

Excludes some special designed rings (see Examples of Rings That CANNOT Be Resized)

Lifetime Craftsmanship Warranty:

Covers manufacturing defects (e.g., stone loosening, clasp failure)

Excludes damage from wear/accidents

4. Damaged/Defective Items
If your item arrives flawed:

Contact us within 7 days with photos

We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion
